This week, Bella Blackett from Dish Catering shares her thoughts on the best bites for networking.

‘We have all attended networking events where the food is more
hassle than it’s worth. I regularly fear for myself and my peers when they are
eating messy food whilst dressed in their finest. I am always very aware of sticky
food, sticky fingers and the worst; sticky clothes!’

‘So how do we avoid these “sticky” situations along with exploding tomatoes, and smelly breath. Yes
it’s a taboo subject, but a yummy mackerel canapé is not ideal when you are
trying to broker a deal with the person standing in close proximity to you!
Similarly, I am not sure I would buy a product from someone who was breathing
onion at me… (coffee and cigarettes applies here too networkers!)’

‘Here at Dish Catering, we have come up with some “networking necessities”  to
prevent your menu networking woes. Have a look at our head chefs
recommendations for your next event and see what you think.’
